How long does the free consultation take?

Around 30 minutes. We use the time to understand your business and current setup — not to pitch. You'll leave with clear recommendations regardless of whether you choose to work with us.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

We're UK-based but work with companies across Europe and further afield. Cloud-first IT means most of what we do can be delivered and supported remotely — location is rarely a barrier.

We already have IT support — can you still help?

Yes. We often work alongside existing in-house IT teams on specific projects — cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 rollouts, VoIP deployments — or take over as a full managed service provider. We'll work around what you already have.

How quickly can you get started?

For most projects we can start within 1–2 weeks of the initial call. Straightforward setups like Microsoft 365 for a new business can be live within a few days. We'll give you a realistic timeline after understanding your situation.

Do you offer ongoing support contracts?

Yes — we offer flexible managed IT support packages from ad-hoc hours through to fully managed 24/7 service plans. Many clients start with a project and move onto ongoing support once they see how we work.
